List your restaurant or shop and take delivery and pickup orders from people across the island. We bring the customers, the drivers and the payments.
How it works for your restaurant
Customers order in the VapVap app or on vapvapeats.com. VapVap takes the payment, sends the order to your tablet and sends a driver.
The order arrives on your tablet
The tablet rings and the order appears with every item, the customer's name and phone number, and whether it is for delivery or pickup. You see what you earn on the order before you accept it.
You accept and set a time
Tap Accept and choose how many minutes you need. The customer and the driver both see that time. Print the kitchen ticket from the order.
A VapVap driver picks it up
Tap Mark as Prepared when the bag is sealed. You get a notification when the driver arrives. From the moment you hand the bag over, the delivery is VapVap's responsibility.
You get paid
Your earning for each completed order goes to your VapVap wallet. Withdraw any time from your admin panel. The money reaches your bank account within 5 banking days, and we aim for 2.
Costs
These are the terms in our current partner agreements. Customers pay the delivery fee, so it does not come out of your sales.

You do not pay the onboarding fee up front. Your wallet starts at AWG -700 and it is paid back from your first earnings; withdrawals open once the wallet is back above zero. All fees are deducted from your sales, and every payout comes with a statement of orders, commission, fees and refunds. We can change fees only with 30 days' written notice, and you can leave without penalty before a change takes effect.

An order tablet, set up for you
We provide the device with the VapVap restaurant app installed, and we maintain and replace it. Switch menu items off in seconds when you run out, reprint kitchen tickets, and see your earning on every order.
Your admin panel
At portal.vapvapeats.com you manage your menu and opening hours, run your own promotions, read reviews, give your staff their own logins, and withdraw your money.
Insights
Your sales, product mix, customers, the time your store was offline during opening hours, and the results of your promotions, with reports you can download.
Drivers and payments
VapVap drivers deliver your orders. VapVap processes the card payments and checks for declined cards and fraud, so only valid orders reach you.
Your POS system
On our enterprise plan for larger restaurants and chains, VapVap connects with your POS system, so orders go straight into the system you already use. Ask us about it.
Shops and groceries
Shops sell through the VapVap grocery section on their own agreement. You set your own prices and keep selling in your store and on your own website. Sign up your shop.
What you need to sign up
Send the form at the top of this page. We contact you, you sign the agreement electronically, we verify your business and set up your profile, and you go live.
Business registration
Your company's legal name, its Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number and your business address.
Licences and permits
The business licence and permits you need to run a food business in Aruba, and health certificates for staff who handle food. Selling alcohol also needs a slijtvergunning. Shops need any licence their products require, for example for pharmacy products.
Bank account
The account your payouts go to.
Your menu
Items, prices and allergen information. You keep it accurate on VapVap, and you can change it any time.
Packaging
Packaging that keeps food fresh and safe on the way, and is tamper-evident.
Questions owners ask
How long is the contract?
One year, renewing each year. In the first 60 days either side can stop for any reason with 7 days' notice. After that, either side can end it with 30 days' written notice.
Who pays when a customer gets a refund?
You do when the problem is on your side, such as a wrong or missing item or food that was not up to standard. Once the driver has the bag, the delivery is VapVap's responsibility.
Who pays for promotions?
A promotion you run yourself is paid from your payout for that order. With a free-delivery promotion, you pay the full delivery fee. Coupons that VapVap runs at its own cost do not reduce your payout.
How fast do orders need to be ready?
An order counts as on time when it is marked ready within 45 minutes of being placed. We expect at least 90% of your orders in a month to be on time. Delays caused by VapVap, such as a late driver, do not count against you.
What if I run out of something or get too busy?
Switch the item off on the tablet so customers cannot order it. If the kitchen is full, log out of the app for a while and you stop receiving orders until you log back in.
Can I use customer details for my own marketing?
No. Customer names, addresses and phone numbers are shared with you only to prepare and hand over that order.
